A Brief Background
In May 2020, a 45-year old Vietnamese entrepreneur, who has 17 years of working experience in the financial industry approached us with a request to assist in buying a business and immigrating to Canada.
He held a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, spoke English at an intermediate level, held managerial positions at one of the biggest banks in Vietnam during the last 12 years.
He wanted to own and run a business, then permanently settle down in Canada with his family.
Our Help & Guidance
Here is how we assisted this client to obtain his LMIA approval in Canada:
- May 2020, we supported him in buying a business in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- June 15, 2020, we applied for the client’s LMIA
- June 29, 2020, we assisted the client during his interview with the ESDC officer
- June 30, 2020, we submitted correspondence letter as requested by the officer during the interview
- June 30, 2020, we received an approval letter for his LMIA application
We’re currently helping the client with work permits for himself and his spouse, and study permits for his children who are currently in Vietnam
The client is also studying to get IELTS 6.0 so that we can apply for permanent residence for him and his family as soon as possible.
